Trip - 23rd of March

Postby Kieran » Sat Jan 18, 2014 7:52 pm

The next Sea Kayak trip will be on Sunday March the 23rd. Location as usual will depend on conditions and the experience of the group. Can you post or drop me an E-mail if you are interested along with a contact number? Also let me know if you need any equipment and I will book it out. This is not a coach lead trip but a peer paddle.

Meet at the stores at 9am.

Cheers

The wind is not looking great for Sunday although the forecast has been changing greatly over the last couple of days. This afternoon the forecast for wind looked okay (moderate breeze) from Rough on Thursday's forecast. This evening the forecast has changed again to Rough. I think we are going to have to make a call on Sunday morning and we might have to change to a Loch paddle depending on the conditions.

As usual bring lunch, flask with hot drink, a hat, gloves, change of clothes and whatever gear you have.

If anything changes I will post again otherwise I will see you at the containers at 9am. If anyone needs to contact me 07771 seven11508.

Cheers

Kieran
